Itinerary


DAY 1 ARRIVE NAIROBI 

Upon your arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by and transferred to your Nairobi hotel for check in. 

Dinner this night is included.

Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel – Nairobi 


DAY 2 NAIROBI - AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK 

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Join your driver guide and drive to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for check in and lunch. Afternoon game drive returning to the lodge before dusk.          

Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge


DAY 3 AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK 

Early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. Mid-morning, participate in a Tree Planting Ceremony to help rehabilitate the Amboseli Ecosystem ravaged by the Elephant. Lunch and afternoon game drive.

DAY 4 AMBOSELI - NAMANGA BORDER - ARUSHA - LAKE MANYARA AREA

Breakfast and check out. Your driver guide will transfer you to the Kenya/Tanzania Border at Namanga where you will clear with customs and Immigrations. Meet your Tanzanian driver guide and change vehicles. Proceed to the town of Arusha where lunch will be served. After lunch, proceed to Lake Manyara Area arriving at your lodge in the early evening.

DAY 5 LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK - NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Breakfast and proceed for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park returning for lunch at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. After lunch proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area arriving at your lodge in the early evening for check in.

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

DAY 6 NGORONGORO CRATER TOUR

Breakfast is served at the lodge. With packed lunch boxes, descend to the crater floor for a near full day of game viewing on the crater floor. Ascend to your lodge later in the day.

DAY 7 NGORONGORO - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at the lodge and check out.  We drive to Serengeti National Park with a visit to the Oldupai Gorge and a Masai Village. Arrive in time for check in and lunch at your lodge. After lunch settle in before departing for an afternoon game. Return to the lodge before night fall.

Dinner and overnight at Mbuzi Mawe Serena Camp. 


DAY 8 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Full day in Serengeti National Park with game drives.

All meals and overnight at Mbuzi Mawe Serena Camp


DAY 9 SERENGETI - LAKE VICTORIA

Breakfast at the lodge and check out.

Exit the park with game drive enroute and proceed to Lake Victoria arriving in time for lunch. The rest of the afternoon at leisure.

DAY 10 LAKE VICTORIA - ISEBANIA BORDER - MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Breakfast and check out. With packed lunch boxes, you will be transferred to the Kenya / Tanzania border at Isebania where you will clear with customs and immigration. Bid good bye to your Tanzanian driver guide and meet your Kenyan driver guide. Change vehicles and drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving at your lodge in the evening.

DAY 11 MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE

Early morning game drive in the reserve. Later return to your lodge for a little leisure. Lunch will be served at the lodge and later join your driver guide for an afternoon game drive returning to your lodge before dusk.

DAY 12 MASAI MARA - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. This day you will be heading to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for check in and lunch. Afternoon game drive insearch of the beautifull pink flamingos along the lake area together with other extra optional activities as suggested by your tour guide.

Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge

DAY 13 LAKE NAKURU - NAIROBI

Breakfast at the camp and check out. Drive back to Nairobi and transfer to The Carnivore Restaurant. After lunch transferred back to your hotel for check in with the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Dinner is not included.

Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel – Nairobi 



DAY 14 – DEPART

Early morning transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.

 

NB: Timings indicated are meant to act as guidelines. Departure times may change especially for game drives as depends on where game is located. Your driver guide in case of game drives and, your airport representative in case of airport transfers times will advise you as you go along.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms


Terms & Conditions

● A 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets. If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.

● Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and the same cannot be guaranteed prior.

● Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler

● For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing - any delay by passengers in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will be non-refundable

● We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per the timings shared.

● In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly

●For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is a preset and a specific choice of meal may not be available

Terms of Booking

● 50 % advance to be paid at the time of booking.

● Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

● 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.

● 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure date.

● In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

● From the Date of booking cancellation of INR 4,000 per person applicable till 30 days before the travel date

● From 21 to 30 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

● Less than 21 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● In case of Non Refundable booking, the same shall be advised at the time of processing booking.

If Due to RT-PCR( Covid report) being positive cancellation Or Lockdown the charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share the Covid report with the Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in the future dates. The time frame given by the resort will be shared with you once we receive an update from resort reservations.

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines
