Itinerary


DAY 01 – Colombo Arrival – Transfer to Kandy

Arrive at the airport and transfer to Kandy, en route visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage, the world's first and only elephant orphanage established to feed, nurse and house young elephants lost or abandoned by their mothers. Other occupants are elephants displaced from their natural environs by development projects or those found wounded. Visitors could see the baby elephants being fed milk from gigantic feeding bottles or bathed in the river which flows nearby – an unforgettable sight!

Visit Pinnawala Open Zoo and the Spice Garden.

DAY 02 – Kandy

Proceed for a city tour of Kandy, a lovely exotic city, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which retains an aura of grandeur, time has not affected. Encircled by hills, with a tranquil lake in its centre, it is the site of the renowned temple that enshrines the Tooth Relic of the Buddha and the Royal Botanical gardens – home to one of the world’s best collections of Orchids. Proceed for the Gem Gallery Visit.

Day 03 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at the hotel, and transfer to Nuwara Eliya, do a side walk in Nuwara Eliya, is also the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country, producing some of the world’s best tea.  The mountain slopes and valleys are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations, interspersed with gushing streams and tumbling waterfalls. Visit a tea plantation and a tea factory where one the best teas in the world is produced. You will be told all about the process of manufacturing tea and also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory.

En route visit Ramboda Falls & Tea Factory

Day 04 - Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a city tour of Nuwara Eliya including a visit to the Sita Amman temple. This temple marks the spot where Sita, the consort of Lord Rama, was held captive by the demon king Ravana. The temple is surrounded by lush greenery and has a serene atmosphere. Many devotees and tourists visit this site to pay homage to Sita and explore the cultural and religious significance tied to the Ramayana. Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden and Victoria Park. Enjoy Boat ride at Gregory Lake. 

Overnight stay at– Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 05 – Nuwara Eliya - Bentota 

After Breakfast, proceed to Bentota Beach, relax, and soak in the sun. Enroute witness St Clairs Falls & Devon Falls. Consider water activities like snorkelling, jet-skiing, or a boat ride along the Bentota River.

DAY 06 – Bentota

Experience the Madu River boat safari, explore the mangroves, visit a cinnamon island, and witness the vibrant biodiversity. Visit the Kosgoda Turtle Conservation Project to learn about turtle conservation efforts. Enjoy Bentota Water Sports (Jet Ski, Banana Ride & Tube Ride) 

DAY 07 – Bentota - Colombo

After breakfast, proceed to Colombo, do a city tour of Colombo – the trade and commercial capital has long been the traditional gateway to the Orient. Visit the beautiful Buddhist temples, Hindu temples, mosques, the historic Wolfendhal church and Dutch museum depicting Dutch Colonial 

history of Colombo. Later proceed for Negombo, a short drive away and offers a long stretch of sandy beach. It's a popular spot for water sports and seafood dining.

Day 08 - Departure

After breakfast proceed to the Airport for the departure with sweet memories.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms


Terms & Conditions

● A 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets. If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.

● Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and the same cannot be guaranteed prior.

● Cost of expenses of personal nature at the place of stay, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc. not mentioned in the inclusions will have to be borne by the traveler

● For SIC (i.e. shared) transfers, please reach SIC pick up spot at least 10 minutes prior to actual timing - any delay by passengers in reporting on time may lead to loss of service and will be non-refundable

● We will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made by the customer. Please ensure that you follow the itinerary as per the timings shared.

● In case on any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly

●For meals included in the package as part of sightseeing/activity, the menu is a preset and a specific choice of meal may not be available

Terms of Booking

● 50 % advance to be paid at the time of booking.

● Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

● 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.

● 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of departure date.

● In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

● From the Date of booking cancellation of INR 4,000 per person applicable till 30 days before the travel date

● From 21 to 30 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.

● Less than 21 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

● In case of Non Refundable booking, the same shall be advised at the time of processing booking.

If Due to RT-PCR( Covid report) being positive cancellation Or Lockdown the charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share the Covid report with the Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in the future dates. The time frame given by the resort will be shared with you once we receive an update from resort reservations.

The cancellation policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines
